  • The current Spanish television programs have generated a series of characters that resemble the traditional archetypes of movie genres. A case is that of Belén Esteban, a participant in television programs of society or the heart. Due to her vital experience, this young woman symbolizes the archetype of a melodramatic heroin.

    Analyzing her career, we found out that she completely fits in with the components of the canonical melodrama icons.
