Resumen de Crise, Trabalho e (Des)emprego

  The objective of this work is to initiate a reflection on the impact of the current crisis in the transformation process of the organization of work and industrial relations underway in the Brazilian industry. The theme of the crisis is usually approached from its more immediate effects: inflation and unemployment. But we would like to start addressing it from an earlier period: the period of economic growth known as the "Brazilian miracle" (1969-1973). And yet, treat it from the point of view of employment. We intend from the evolution of industrial employment and characteristics of technical and social division of labor and its organization within the Brazilian industry from the early '70s. The 70 in Brazil is characterized as a period of great industrial expansion and , although the symptoms of the crisis and the economic recession are being felt from 1974 , they will only manifest more clearly the level of industrial employment from 1981.

  O objetivo deste trabalho é iniciar uma reflexão sobre o impacto da crise atual no processo de transformação da or¬ganização do trabalho e das relações industriais em curso na indústria brasileira. O tema da crise costuma ser abordado a partir dos seus efeitos mais imediatos: inflação e desemprego. Mas, nós gostaríamos de começar a abordá-la, a partir de um período anterior - o período de crescimento econômico conhecido como "milagre brasilei¬ro" (1969-1973) - e do ponto de vista do emprego, ou seja, preten¬demos partir da evolução do emprego industrial e das característi¬cas da divisão técnica e social do trabalho e da sua organização, no interior da indústria brasileira a partir do início dos anos 70. A década de 70 se caracteriza no Brasil como um período de grande expansão industrial e, se bem os sintomas da crise e da recessão econômica já se fazem sentir a partir de 1974, eles só vão se manifestar de forma mais clara ao nível do emprego industrial, a partir de 1981
