• This issue of Cercles faces diverse approaches to the roll of cultural pulications in the history of north Mediterranean countries. The articles describe principally a number of representative cases in different countries related top the developing of their own political culture. It’s important to mention that the GHECI conceive this number as a complement of a research on cultural platforms in Catalan cultural history.
