    El descubrimiento de un relieve antropomorfo y una inscripción ibérica del sur en Cerro Boyero (Valenzuela, Córdoba) pone de relieve la importancia de la Campiña, para la comprensión del mundo ibero en el centro de Andalucía. Las peculiaridades del nuevo relieve escultórico, distanciándose del gran grupo de Porcuna, aporta novedosas consideraciones para entender las comunidades indígenas prerromanas del curso medio del Guadalquivir. Los signos gráficos de la inscripción pertenecen al sistema paleohispánico Ibérico Meridional, pero la lengua no es Ibérico del NE, sino que presenta los rasgos de una lengua indoeuropea. La confrontación con textos celtibéricos y del SO en escrituras indígenas del NO y SO respectivamente, y, sobre todo, el estudio de los antropónimos y topónimos "hispanoceltas" en lengua latina permiten proponerlo

    The discovery of an anthropomorphic relief and a southern Iberian inscription in Cerro Boyero (Valenzuela,Córdoba) emphasizes the relevance of the Campiña for the Iberian culture in central Andalusia. The peculiarities of this new sculptural relief, which has nothing to do with the great group of Porcuna, add new knowledge to the understanding of native Pre-roman communities living in the midle Valley of the Guadalquivir river. Although the graphic symbols in the inscription belong to the Paleo-Hispanic meridional system, the language is not of the NE Iberian type and has common features with Indoeuropean languages. The comparison of Celtiberian and SW texts with NW and SW native writings and also the study of “hispanocelts” anthroponyms and toponyms in Latin support this suggestion.
