Resumen de Uma proposta de inter-relação entre teoria da criação do conhecimento e a espiral da aprendizagem

  This article aims to present the results of a field of study, from the proposed inter-relationship between the theory of knowledge creation of Nonaka and Takeuchi (2003) and the Valente’s (2002) Spiral Learning, considering the context of new digital technologies. Therefore, the research problem that guided this study is: How individuals construct knowledge through new technologies, in light of the proposed inter-relationship? The research is descriptive, qualitative approach (GIL, 2002). The data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, based on a semi-structured script. The Hierarchical Classification Implicative and Coercive software (CHIC), multidimensional statistical method, applied in qualitative research, enables the hierarchical analysis of similarity or likeness (ALMEIDA, 2003) was used. The structure of the data was carried out in binary form, using Excel spreadsheets. The proposed inter-relationship was confronted with the test results of the interviews held by the content and CHIC analysis technique. The found evidence presented was consistent with each of the proposal stages. The intentionality proved a key factor for individuals to engage in self-development and development of the communities in which they participate. Furthermore, new technologies do not replace existing ones. Are applied in order to add to the current scope.

  Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar os resultados de um estudo de campo, a partir da proposta de inter-relação entre a teoria de criação do conhecimento de Nonaka e Takeuchi (2003) e a Espiral da Aprendizagem de Valente (2002), no contexto das novas tecnologias digitais. Logo, o problema de pesquisa que norteou este estudo é: Como os indivíduos constroem conhecimentos, por meio das novas tecnologias, à luz da proposta de inter-relação? A pesquisa realizada é descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa (GIL, 2002). A coleta de dados se deu por meio de entrevistas em profundidade, tendo como base um roteiro semi-estruturado. O software de Classificação Hierárquica Implicativa e Coesitiva (CHIC) método estatístico multidimensional, aplicado em pesquisas qualitativas, possibilita a análise hierárquica de similaridade ou semelhança (ALMEIDA, 2003) foi usado. A estruturação dos dados foi realizada de forma binária, por meio de planilhas Excel. A proposta de inter-relação foi confrontada com os resultados da análise das entrevistas, realizada por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo e do CHIC. Os indícios encontrados apresentaram consonância com cada um dos estágios propostos. A intencionalidade se mostrou um fator fundamental para que os indivíduos se engajem no autodesenvolvimento e no desenvolvimento das comunidades das quais participam. As novas tecnologias não substituem as existentes. São aplicadas de maneira a agregar ao escopo atual.
