    La comunicación se desarrolla en dos partes, en primer lugar, la exposición se centrará en el marco institucional, el municipio, y se pone el énfasis de mane- ra abstracta y atemporal en dos elementos: la autonomía y el autogobierno pro- pios del régimen jurídico municipal catalán. En la segunda parte se pone de manifiesto, con el conocimiento y estudio de las alegaciones como fuente y tes- timonio histórico, el tercer elemento, el de la continuidad temporal de la estruc- tura municipal forjada en la tradición institucional. En resumen la persistencia en el tiempo, desde el siglo XIII hasta inicios del siglo XVIII, es también un referente esencial que distingue el régimen jurídico municipal catalán de otros europeos. En este trabajo damos información sobre un proceso judicial, iniciado en el año 1671, de tres vecinos de Cervera (Cataluña) contra las autoridades municipales de la población.

    The presentation is developed in two parts. First, it focuses on the institu- tional frameworks and the municipality, with an emphasis on two key abstract and timeless elements: the autonomy and the self-government of the Catalan Municipality juristic regime. In the second part, leveraging the knowledge and studies of the allegations as a source and historical testimony, the presentation will cover the continuity over time of the municipal structure built in the insti- tutional tradition. In summary, the persistence overtime (from the XIII to the XVIII century) is a critical aspect of the of the Catalan Municipality juristic regime that distinguishes it from other European ones. In this work we give information about a judicial process, started in the year 1671, by three resident of Cervera (Catalonia) against the municipal authorities of the town
