Encaje actual de las lenguas extranjeras en nuestro Sistema Educativo a la luz de la nueva ordenación normativa

    En este artículo se presentan las características básicas del aprendizaje/enseñanza de las lenguas extranjeras en nuestro Sistema Educativo con la modificación de la Ley Orgánica de Educación, 2/2006, de 3 de mayo (LOE) por la Ley Orgánica para la Mejora de la Calidad Educativa 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre. Comienza dentro de la dimensión europea y por tanto, señalando el Marco Común de Referencia de las Lenguas MCRL y su encaje actual en espera de nuevas regulaciones para su implantación en aspectos tan significativos como los curriculares. Elegimos la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid como modelo o ejemplo actual. Se realiza una enumeración de las características en cada una de las enseñanzas comenzando por las de régimen general y obligatorias para terminar con las de régimen especial. La perspectiva de futuro también se señala dado el incremento y demanda de este aprendizaje en la actualidad.

    By means of this article we review the main features of learning and teaching the foreign language in our new Educacional System by the modification of the Organic Law of education 2/2006, of may 3 (LOE), by the Organic Law 8/2013, of December 9, of the quality improvement of education of Education, in expecting of new regulations of meaningful aspects as the curricular ones. Our background begins dealing with the Common European Framework of Reference and its actual place. We focused our interest in the madrilenian community programs as the most significant example. We begin by the general and obligatory teachings and finally we deal with the special ones. The future also is pointing out by the increasing actual interest and demand.
