The main of this article is to make explicit the view of the reading and of the interpretation that we give to reading in foreign language. The reading and the interpretation gesture is guided by the French Discourse Analysis concepts and by some psychoanalysis aspects, that allow us to understand that the teachersubject is crossed by a multiplicity of vowels that make him heterogenous. We want to study and to understand the reading inforeign language as a process, as interpretation gestures, that involve the citizen, history and the culture.
