El diario reflexivo es un instrumento recomendado en las metodologías activas establecidas por el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) y de gran interés en el marco de una enseñanza interactiva y cooperativa.
Como su nombre indica, constituye un soporte (digital o, en su defecto, manual) que, por su misma naturaleza, precisa ser gráficamente subsidiado y en el que el alumno vierte su creatividad y trabajo diario y personal, facilitando, por un lado, convertirse en el eje de su proceso formativo y, por otro, la reflexión sobre las cuestiones fundamentales que se abordan en la materia y el aprendizaje de la misma.

A reflective diary is a tool which has been recommended in the active methodologies established by the European Area of Higher Education (EAHE) and is of particular interest in the framework of interactive and cooperative teaching. As its name states, it is a support tool (either digital or manual) and on account of its nature needs to be graphically tangible so that students can use it to save their creative ideas and their daily and personal work. On the one hand, this means that the diary becomes the core centre of their educational process and on the other, a reflection on the basic issues covered in the subject and its learning process.
