Resumen de Modificaciones en el circuito arterial del cerebro

• We made a study of 50 human brains with fix criteria of selection in the Department of Patology Anatomy in the Educational General Hospital of Guantánamo, Cuba. They were grouped according to their external morfological characteristics in four groups, attending to variations found in the differents vasculars segments of the brain arterial circle, from there, it is derivated that can ha ve variations in them that justify the clinical evolution and the fluctuations of the patients with vascular obstruction in brain. Those fluctuations depend totaly of their brain arterial circle variety and their permeability that would guarantee or not the collateral brain's irrigation after the obstruction of a vascular segment.
