    • The author offers a detailed study over the side effects and the death cases done by the smallpox vaccine in Germany, including statitical data too. In the description of the symptoms and vaccines consequences an encephalitis and an encephalopathy post-vaccination reaction is recognized. A relevant importance has the age of vaccine administration. In children under two years is very difficult to detect vaccine damage and encephalic immflamations.

      The author also reveals a historical analysis o ver the contageous diseases recession, in which the nutrition conditions and public health systems improvement had a relevant role.
