El artículo quiere dar cuenta de las vicisitudes del poeta asturiano Alfonso Camín que lo llevaron a México, en donde trabó conocimiento con otros escritores, entre ellos, Ramón López Velarde. La familiaridad del bohemio Camín con la poesía mexicana quizá está en el origen de la antología que confeccionó para la colección popular “Los poetas”, titulada Antología de poetas mexicanos, publicada en 1929.

The article wants to give an account of the vicissitudes of the Asturian poet Alfonso Camín that took him to Mexico, where the acquaintance with other writers, among them, Ramón López Velarde. The familiarity of the Camín Bohemian with Mexican poetry perhaps is at the origin of the anthology that drew up to the popular collection “Poets”, titled anthology of Mexican poets, published in 1929.
