La agresividad narcisista subyacente en una actitud hostil se expresa en la transferencia a través del desprecio por el analista y por el encuadre. Una intervención dirigida a los elementos culturales del odio xenófobo replantea la transferencia abriendo la analizabilidad de un paciente con una grave patología orgánica. Partiendo de situaciones particulares aparecidas en las primeras entrevistas con el paciente examinaré el tema de las relaciones entre la violencia y la dificultad de elaborar y soportar la dependencia humana.

L'agressivité narcissique sous-jacente a une attitude hostil e s'exprime dans le transfert a travers le mépris envers l'analyste et le cadre. Une intervention adressée aux éléments culturels de la haine xénophobe fait revoir le transfert tout en ouvrant l'analysabilité d'un patient ayant une pathologie organique grave. Partant de situations particulieres apparues lors des premiers entretiens avec le patient j' examinerai le su jet des relations entre la violence et la difficulté a élaborer et a supporter la dépendance humaine.

The narcissistic aggression underlying a hostile stance is expressed in the transference through contempt for the analyst and for the setting. An intervention directed towards the cultural elements of xenophobic hatred reframes the transference, opening up the analysability of a patient with severe organic pathology. Drawing upon specific situations emerging during the initial interviews with the patient, the author considers the subject of the relations between violence and difficulties developing and sustaining human dependence.
