Resumen de Una aventura il·lusionant: del treball cooperatiu al treball en grups interactius

  This is an essay carried out at State Secondary School La Torreta in Elx since the 2007-2008 academic year on 1st and 4th grades of ESO (Compulsory Secondary Teaching) and PQPI (Initial Professional Qualification Programme). This essay intends to spread what we have been doing over the last three or four years regarding cooperative work, showing that these methods improve academic output and coexistence. Therefore, we want to provide tools to those interested in improving the classroom’s atmosphere, the inclusiveness of all students, and recovering the enthusiasm for education with positive and observable results. We will explain how we have been training ourselves since the 2007-2008 academic year, highlighting the schools we visited to experience collaborative work and those people who came to show us what they had been doing, until we began to implement this type of work. We will also describe how we coordinated the volunteers' participation, most of whom were our school students’ mothers.

  Aquest és un treball realitzat a l’IES La Torreta d’Elx des del curs 2007- 2008 i que s’ha portat a terme en els nivells de 1r a 4t d’ESO i PQPI. Amb aquest treball pretenem difondre el que hem estat fent els últims tres o quatre cursos en el camp del treball cooperatiu, posant de manifest que aquestes metodologies milloren el rendiment acadèmic i la convivència. D’aquesta manera, volem facilitar unes eines a qui tinga interés en la millora del clima de l’aula, de la inclusió de tot l’alumnat, i desitge recuperar la il·lusió per l’educació amb resultats positius observables. Explicarem com hem anat formant-nos des del curs 2007-2008, els centres que hem visitat per viure experiències de treball col·laboratiu i els que han vingut a mostrar-nos el que han fet, fins començar nosaltres a posar en pràctica aquest tipus de treball. També contarem com hem coordinat la participació de voluntaris, que majoritàriament han estat mares del centre.
