The article presents a core list of drawings attributed to the late Mannerist Italian artist Bernardino or Bernardo Malpizzi. The author distinguishes drawings by Malpizzi from those of his uncle, Teodoro Ghisi. Ten drawings by the Mantua, Italy-based artist are pictured and discussed in detail including "Virgin and Child Enthroned," "Two Angels Holding the Eucharistic Pyx, with Donors Below" and "Deucalion and Pyrrha Regenerating Mankind after the Flood." The author notes that these drawings show a strong resemblance to chiaroscuro woodcuts created by the artist in collaboration with Andrea Andreani.
