Resumen de The eligibility of translations for authorship attribution

Antonio Miranda García, María Laura Esteban Segura

  • The measures of lexical repetition and of lexical richness constitute two of the constants that may help to determine the authorship of literary texts, which can be upgraded with other techniques, such as the statistical study of the most frequent function words. Our main objective is to defend the eligibility of the WSG for authorship attribution studies, despite their nature of translated work, on account of the significant statistical differences between them and their Latin source.
