    “180 años de éxitos, fracasos, avances y retrocesos” Con 2.219 kilómetros de frontera común, Colombia y Venezuela tienen suficientes motivos para compartir avances y problemas. Por estos días el tema de discrepancia son las FARC, y los ex presidentes Álvaro Uribe Vélez y Hugo Chaves Frías los protagonistas del dilema. Pero desde hace 180 años las dos naciones, que forman parte de la Gran Colombia unificada y dividida por sus próceres Simón Bolívar y Francisco de Paula Santander, han afrontado momentos de afinidad o antagonismo sin que sus pueblos hayan cedido nunca al abismo de la guerra.
