  • The article discusses 17th-century artist Pietro Testa's involvement in the “Museo cartaceo,” or paper museum, a collection of antiquarian and archaeological drawings devised by scholar Cassiano dal Pozzo. The author describes 17th-century art historian Filippo Baldinucci's claims that Testa created five volumes for the collection. Other topics include art historian Anthony Blunt's attribution of drawings from the collection to Testa and evidence of a letter from Dal Pozzo's brother Carlo Antonio.
