    En la era de la Administración electrónica, la verdadera coordinación entre Catastro, notario y Registro de la Propiedad requiere interoperabilidad de la información geográfica, como señalan los textos jurídicos europeos y españoles. Los problemas necesitan enfoques equilibrados, rechazando posturas extremas. La jurisprudencia todavía no es firme, pero la doctrina debe ser rigurosa.

    Ello no consiste en una fusión. Es la propia realidad, en sus dos vertientes física y jurídica, y la distinción entre registros jurídicos y administrativos lo que determina el respectivo alcance de los efectos jurídicos de protección del titular en aras de la seguridad jurídica preventiva

    In the e-Government era the coordination between Cadastre, Notary Public and Property Registry requires interoperability of geographic information, under European and Spanish legal texts. Problems require a balanced approach that rejects extreme positions. The Case Law is not yet solid, but the doctrine must be strict.

    That does not consist in a merger. The single reality itself, in its two facets of physical reality and legal reality, and the distinction between legal registries and administrative registries is what determines their scope of legal effects, in regard to the protection to the title holders and the legal certainty.
