  • Resumen
    • A profile of the German painter Georg Schrimpf. Schrimpf was an anarchist and member of the German Communist Party who later became a professor in Berlin and sold works to Nazi leaders. He opposed the Nazis, but they admired his rather conventional depictions of rural Bavaria. The Nazi ideologists saw them as ideal images of rural Germany, which they regarded as the real Germany.
