Resumen de A criminalização do MST e a formação dos operadores do sistema de justiça no Brasil

The article argues the problems technician and historics of the formation of the main operators of the system of justice in Brazil, mainly commission agents, promoters and magistrates. Seeks to show that an inherited historical culture exists, based in the value of the inequality, that incorporates the university formation of these operators of justice and that it goes to influence considerably its decisions throughout the conduction of moved criminal proceedings against without lands. It is based on the analysis of an extracted data set of the responsible institutions for the formation of these operators, such as university, schools of magistracy and schools of the Public prosecution service.

O artigo discute os problemas técnicos e históricos da formação dos principais operadores do sistema de justiça no Brasil, mormente delegados, promotores e magistrados. Busca mostrar que existe uma cultura histórica herdada, baseada no valor da desigualdade, que se incorpora à formação universitária destes operadores de justiça e que vai influenciar consideravelmente suas decisões ao longo da condução de processos penais movidos contra sem terras. Baseia-se na análise de um conjunto de dados extraídos das instituições responsáveis pela formação destes operadores, tais como universidades, escolas de magistratura e escolas do Ministério Público.
