Resumen de El desarrollo de la competencia moral en gerentes mediante la discusión de dilemas y el estudio de casos.
This document shows the results of a research done to determine the efficiency of complementarity of the method of Analysis of Cases to the Method of Discussion of Moral Dilemmas, for increasing the moral judgment. An intervention was carried out with 23 managers from Hidalgo, Mexico.
The evaluation of the competence of the moral judgment was made by means of the quantification of the index C, applying the Questionnaire of Moral Judgment (CJM), at the beginning and at the end of the intervention. An increase of more than 3 points was found in the experimental group, whereas the control group remained without variation. It points the joint usefulness of both methods for increasing the moral judgment competence in managers.
