  • The competitiveness of organizations is a key issue in the development and survival of the species, in this work a comparison between competitive priorities and competitive capabilities that propose and use different footwear manufacturing organizations in León, Guanajuato city is presented .

    Competitive priorities and capabilities considered in this paper are those corresponding to the factors of quality, price, flexibility ( from the perspective of variety and volume of products), delivery times, design and innovation of products and processes and the environment and security.

    The data analysis was performed with the approach of quantitative methodology, using analysis of variance and multiple range test to determine significant differences, the results show the differences between competitive priorities and capabilities of these organizations.
