This article exposes Mexican´s Sinaloa state natural riches. Also the importance of Mexican Cooperative Movement as a source of employment for the partners of the Cooperative Society. They are the principal producer companies of the fisheries sector in Mexico. In the same way it is explained how the Model System is implemented in the companies that are part of human society, in which companies develop to generate a source of employment to the partners that are part of the Cooperative Society. And last the benefits of Model System in El Patole Cooperative Society.
