  • City of Lazaro Cardenas, Michoacan, was born in the decade of the seventies with the construction of Lazaro Cardenas, iron and steel industry Las Truchas , NKS industry group, Mexican producer of pipe, fertilizers of Mexico, thus different needs arose the birth of micro ,small and medium enterprises, many of them are family businesses, which for two decades faced no competitors, the establishment of supermarkets in the region created a competition that has led to the closure of many establishments, as a proposal to this problematic arises the realization of a financial reengineering model towards competitiveness of small enterprises.
