Resumen de Las diversas Tipologías de las Empresas Familiares: un acercamiento Teórico.
The main objective of this work is to know the different types that have been identified under certain operating conditions, management, attitude, evolution and development of family businesses (FB). To achieve this a qualitative method of literature review is used. Not all family businesses are alike, so therefore several authors have developed certain types for better understanding. After reviewing the literature for 10 different types of family firms were identified.
