    En este artículo se consideran algunas de las aportaciones más destacadas del enfoque narrativo al Trabajo social con grupos. Así mismo se analizan las diferentes influencias teóricas y los desarrollos prácticos de la narrativa en el ámbito de la intervención social con grupos y la dinámica grupal, haciendo especial hincapié en las técnicas que empleando recursos narrativos como la fábula o la analogía favorecen el conocimiento, la autocomprensión, la reflexividad y la agencia personal. Las técnicas narrativas contribuyen, principalmente a través de los relatos, a alcanzar los objetivos grupales y estimular las acciones dirigidas a producir cambios positivos en la vida de las personas que trascienden los propios límites del entorno grupal.

    This article considers some of the most notable contributions to the narrative approach to social work with groups. Also different theoretical influences and practical developments of the narrative in the field of social work with groups and group dynamics are analyzed, with special emphasis on techniques employing narrative devices like the fable or the analogy further knowledge, the self-understanding, reflexivity and agency staff. The narrative techniques contribute mainly through the stories, to achieve group goals and actions to stimulate positive change in the lives of people that cut themselves the group setting.
