• This research is a bibliometric study involving the quantitative exploration of scientific literature on human resource management in the database for the period 2005-2011, obtaining bibliometric variables with which we constructed a database on the EndNote X3 program, concluding with a network with the most representative authors will allow graduate students a more efficient in their research topics.
