Resumen de Temes de conversa en els diferents entorns socials de l'alumnat sord i de l'oient a la secundària

  Aquest article analitza els temes de conversa en els diferents entorns socials dels adolescents amb sordesa, educats en modalitat comunicativa oral, i dels adolescents oients. L�estudi se centra en una mostra de vint joves sords i vint oients d�ambdós gèneres. Mitjançant un qüestionari es pretén conèixer i analitzar els temes i els àmbits de conversa més habituals, els principals interlocutors, les preferències temàtiques segons els interlocutors i segons les característiques dels adolescents participants, i la freqüència d�aquestes converses. Els resultats mostren poques diferències entre els participants segons el seu estatus sord o oient, tot i que apareixen certes diferències de gènere. Les mares, els pares, les millors amistats i la logopeda �en el cas de les noies sordes� són els principals interlocutors de les converses dels joves analitzats. Destaca el professorat, per part de tots els adolescents de la mostra, per la seva baixa freqüència com a interlocutor d�aquestes converses. Entre els adolescents amb sordesa, els companys de classe amb els quals no hi ha llaços d�amistat són també interlocutors de baixa freqüència. La presència de germans propers en edat, en els adolescents amb sordesa, és una variable influent en el nombre de converses que mantenen aquests joves.

  This article analyzes conversation topics in the different social settings of adolescents with hearing impairment, educated in oral communication methods, and normally hearing adolescents. This study focuses on a sample of twenty hearing-impaired adolescents and twenty normally hearing adolescents, with a representation of both genders. Through a questionnaire, the aim was to get to know and analyze the most usual conversation topics and fields, the main interlocutors, preferential topics depending on the interlocutors and according to the characteristics of the participating adolescents, and the frequency for such conversations. Results show small differences among participants according to their hearing-impaired or normally hearing condition, although some differences do emerge concerning gender. Mothers, fathers, best friends and the speech therapist �in the case of hearing-impaired girls- are the main interlocutors of the conversations of adolescents under analysis. Teachers stand out, in all the adolescents from the sample, for their low frequency as interlocutors for such conversations. Among adolescents with hearing impairment, classmates with whom they have no friendship also emerge as low frequency interlocutors. The presence of siblings with similar ages, in adolescents with hearing impairment, is a variable with an influence on the number of conversations that they have.
