Resumen de Solvencia financiera y equidad en el sistema de pensiones español tras las reformas de 2011 y 2013

  Este trabajo analiza la solvencia financiera y la equidad del sistema de pensiones de jubilación español tras la reforma del año 2011 y la inclusión del Factor de Sostenibilidad y el Índice de Revalorización de las Pensiones, introducidos por la Ley 23/2013. Por un lado, se describen las medidas de reforma introducidas en 2011 y 2013, y por otro lado y a partir de la Muestra Continua de Vidas Laborales (MCVL 2010), se mide el desequilibrio financiero actuarial y la equidad del sistema de pensiones español a través del Tanto Interno de Rendimiento y del Coste por Pensión Unitaria. Los resultados de estos indicadores actuariales permitirán comprobar en qué medida las reformas aprobadas reducen el déficit y la inequidad detectada en el sistema

  This paper analyzes the financial solvency and the equity of the Spanish pension system after the reform approved in 2011 and the inclusion of the Sustainability Factor and the Index Revaluation of Pensions, introduced by Law 23/2013. On the one hand, we describe the reform measures introduced in 2011 and 2013, and from the Continuous Work History Sample (MCVL 2010), and on the other hand the actuarial financial imbalances and the equity of the Spanish pension system through Internal Rate of Return and Pension Unit Cost are measured. The results of these actuarial indicators will allow us to check how the approved reforms may reduce the deficits and the inequity detected in the system
