  • The objective of this research is to identify the main sources of funding available to the Mexican MIPYME and what are the reasons for not having access to financing in the industry, trade and services. The instrument was adapted from the study "Financing MIPYME in Mexico: the case of the state of Querétaro " ( Saavedra and Milla, 2012). The data were obtained from a survey of 165 companies, statistical analysis is descriptive. This research was conducted in three parts the first theoretical framework for financing and develops MIPYME in Mexico, the second deals with public policies on financing of MIPYME in the state of Querétaro.

    Finally, the presentation of the development of research and the results. The most important result: MIPYME main source of financing are the suppliers, lack of financial credit is an obstacle for being competitive since no long-term financing to carry out investments. No access to a credit line because it does not get the requirements applying financial institutions.
