  • Resumen
    • Research on inclusive innovation presented in this work, taking the case of auto parts manufacturing firms in San Juan del Río. The central questions we seek to answer are how to build inclusive innovation processes? And how institutions influence these processes? The central argument is that the processes of inclusive innovation are based on several elements, including the development of inclusive institutions and their subsequent inclusion processes at different levels. The methodology used in this study is based on qualitative bibliographic documentation strategy, based on the survey, which is intended to explain why inclusive innovation is a process that involves the coordination of various actors in specific contexts in which institutions play a central role in the processes of institutional learning and collaborative innovation of poor people. And this concept can serve small businesses to achieve growth and competitiveness.
