The Mexican educational system faces different challenges and conditions, so in order to get good results to act differently is needed. This paper develops a success story, in which an activity from the course Psychology of child development of the first semester of the Bachelor degree in Elementary Education generates a creative and innovative product made by students. From a teaching strategy with the module III, students generated a final product in which besides developing the expected knowledge, put in play skills, attitudes and values of the profession, and shared their work with peers and other students using the technology at their disposal. Good practices, in which creativity, innovation and talent of students and faculty come together deserve to be disseminated, becoming triggers of a process of continuous improvement of education at different levels.
