    • This research was performed at the Academic Unit of Agriculture of the Autonomous University of Nayarit , located in thetown of Xalisco , Nayarit; in order to evaluate the effect of phosphorus solutions seed lingroot growth of passion fruit (Passifloraedulisvar. flavicarpa ) . A completely randomized experimental design with ten replications. As treatments four nutrient solutions at different concentrations of phosphorus (1, 2 , 3 and 4 meq H2PO4-L-1) and a control were used. Sowing was carried out in plastic bags of a size of 20 x 35 , using soil as a growing medium . Fresh and dryleaf , stem and root weight were evaluated; and the percentage of phosphorus in tissue dry leaf, stem and root . There sults indicated : significant differences between nutrient solutions for the variables leaf fresh and dry weight, stem dry weight , fresh and dry root and leaf phosphorus percentage weight. The best result of root fresh weight was obtained byt reatment of 3 meq H2PO4-L-1.
