  • Guava is a crop widely used around the world and a natural source of vitamins and minerals, this crop was of economic importance to the town of Salvatierra,Gto., which in recent years been declining due to pests present in orchards and as a deficiency in the development and plant growth. The principal objetive in this paper was the isolation of plant growth promotion rhizobacteriasfrom guava was conducted, were obtained insulated deaminase activity acc, later testing germination with guava and cucumber seeds and root development with the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, and also determined that isolated fixed nitrogen and solubilized phosphates also testing with 50 guava plants in the greenhouse to see improvements on the ground directly.
