  • This work makes a review of the academic formation of the Group CAEF UTTOR-CA-06, seven months after its creation which has been involved in a practical case and participates with companies that require improvements in the processes of ISO (International Standardization Organization) 9001:2008 that enable the strengthening of the Quality Management System. It takes place in an industry of the Region Lagunera where it is allowed to get the quality standards that were ignored before and how it can affect significantly the survival of the company in a market where SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) are not prepared to set aside the system. Allowing to develop and implement the process approach, mapping, procedures, as well as work instructions, formats and training programs which provides strenght to the company and guide them to adopt the model of ISO 9001:2008, as an integral enterprise system where competition pushes them to be globalized in the search of new markets and demands quality standards for obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 certificate, to achieve compromise to the system, and a challenge in the market, where every day development of new technologies allows the opening up to new business.
