    • Despite that the microbiome is an important part of our body is one of the great unknowns of our biology. Until now this has not been studied depply and its influence on the physiology of our body functions remain unknown even in health and disease processes. The importance of studying the intestinal microbiome has a number of benefits that over time have been able to discover. The bacterial communities found in the intestine have a great impact on the physiological organism�s functions and the mechanism of the immune response. As we know the alcoholism is a disease that change the metabolism of individuals and possibly the intestinal flora therefore the importance of knowing the bacterial often in people with chronic alcoholism that not normally carrying a balanced diet and interferes with the absorption and utilization of nutrients due to toxic or irregularities of diet.
