  • The Education is an important factor in all countries, therefore, the actors involved in imparting knowledge in educational institutions must do their work in the best possible way to achieve quality education that prepared students to produce more. The directors and coordinators should monitor the whole process of teaching and learning with documentation of lesson planning that teachers are obliged to deliver in any school. This paper presents the proposal of the Academic Tracking System Planning (SiSAP) with the support of the Information Technology and Communications (ITC) contribute to improved planning processes and planning course assessment in UPVM.
