The following project proposal has been the result of the study conducted by the Academic Body in Formation " Engineering Applied to the Organizations " integrated by Teachers Researchers from the Universidad Politécnica de Tapachula, in her developing an Electronic Management System is proposed records of the Universidad Politécnica de Tapachula, in order to automate the process of creating and submitting jobs, memorandums and requests between the diverse areas of the institution, using electronic documents, based on ISO 15489 (Jones & McLean, 2007) and ISO/IEC 27000 (Calder & Watkins, 2010).
The current problematics appears in the university, the objectives and impact of the project are specified, finally the concrete proposal is presented in detail, using graphic elements for better understanding.
