    El Consejo Universitario Nacional (CIN) y el Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Privadas (CRUP) coinciden en la necesidad de revisar la interpretación que viene realizando el Consejo de Universidades sobre el artículo 43 de la Ley de Educación Superior N° 24.521 (LES). Se presentan las propuestas que realizan ambos Consejos con el objeto de iniciar la discusión.

    The “ Consejo Universitario Nacional” (CIN- National University Council)  and the “ Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Privadas” (CRUP- Council of Rectors of Private Universities) agree on the need to revise the interpretation made by the University Council on Article 43 of the Higher Education Law No. 24,521 (SLE). We present the proposals made by both Councils in order to start the discussion.
