In this research project is to carry out the synthesis of extracting oil from the seeds of pirul tree (Schinusmolle), for a chemical method by through soxhlet equipment, which consists in refluxing hexane for the extraction of oil from seeds pirul tree, the oil characterization, the seed powder will be made by infrared spectroscopy, calculating the percentage of oil contained in the seed, the color of the oil and the percentage of the protein content of the paste of the extraction the oil, for potential application in poultry feed and the oil to be used in the production of biodiesel and once obtained the results will be disseminated among the people in rural areas of the Tula-Tepeji region.
