  • This project is a case study of a micro-enterprise, where a methodology based on financial strategies, with reference to the work of Rafael Alcaraz, �El Emprendedor de Éxito�, and Lawrence J. Gitman his book �Principles of Managerial finance�, to develop financial projections and achieve efficiency, in order to obtain the possibility of financing through an incubator, and to obtain resources from the �Secretaria de Desarrollo Económico sustentable del estado de Guanajuato del Fondo de Capital Semilla�.

    I believe that this study is worth because it provides a financial model to apply in other companies, which want to be incubated and obtain financing in their start-up period. Five-year financial projections are presented, including: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, break-even point with product mix, sales forecasting and financial ratios.
