Resumen
We analyze the problem of social backwardness in the state of Guerrero, from reviewing some newspapers that have online service, while delves into this social problem through theoretical postulations and analysis of official documentation addresses this important issue. It is to be reflected upon in the latter , a program of social development itself , as would be expected in one state historically trapped in the vicious circle of poverty , so that is conceived as a serious deficiency is identified. Also postulates of the theory of human capital are taken not to assume automatically that achieve advanced studies degree will position individuals in higher social scale , but because, in different parts of the world , profiles of higher learning , agree with the social strata enjoy a better standard of living, also ; results of other investigations reveal direct coincidence between low levels of schooling and illiteracy and poverty
