Resumen
This project is born of the necessity to have a software, for performance assessment, so that students can know its operation and application, thus your performance benefits in the management of human resources in different organizations.
A college without this software for this effect, was given a task to integrate a network of cooperation with teachers and students of career business, administration, and information technology. Of the Technological University of Leon for the design of such software. Students and teachers of career business, and administration devoted themselves to the design of a performance measurement tool, while teachers and students of the career of computer software designed and implemented it.
Promep authorized and supported the projects financing, and also in this process they achieved the participation of institutions of services and companies for achievement project completion.
