    • The foreign trade in the present is an important activity for the state of Guanajuato; consent of the UTSOE through the CAEF Business Studies conducted a market research with the aim of identifying the number of companies that carry out exports and identify those that use the programs to promote exports. Its scope were the city of Irapuato, Salamanca, Cortazar and Celaya, with a sample of 209 companies. The methodology was descriptive using the quantitative method, the means of contact used was via the internet using surveymonkey. Of the total respondents reply was received from 38 businesses. Proving that only a third party make use of the programs in order to receive a fiscal support, in order to avoid fines and charges generated by the filling of the documentation of misleadingly. Even when the export programs offered by the federal government serve as support to the companies to be able to cope with the international market, it is also a good medium for carrying out the formalities of customs duties in the right way; however based on the results a great number of companies do not make use of the programs with the aim of making profits customs. For its part the companies they reiterate that it is easy to carry out the management of programs with the help of agencies such as COFOCE and that their main problem is the dissemination of relevant information on the procedures that need to be done.
