In a metal mechanical company was performed a project named diagnostic work environment and integration strategies in order to know how people perceive the environment in their work.
To carry out this Project we used a questionnaire based with the IMCOC, it is an instrument designed and validated in the Colombian business environment. The variables that were evaluated are those of organizational commitment, communication, cost-competitiveness-change, needs motivation, integration, collaboration, working conditions and job satisfaction.
In this project we did a Score card balance, in this tool were integrated strategies that were proposed based on the research results of work environment where the main objective, strategy name, activity, responsible, goal development, weather, indicators, targets and initiatives mentioned were integrated.
