Diverse productive processes, have been established through the time for human beings by using all kind of natural sources, renewable and non renewable, and this is in order to satisfy the several needs society has usually used for its development and growth, without realising that humans are an integrant part of this global, ecological environment and has a narrow relation with it. This sort of situation makes humanity to increase its social structural complexity until the days we live, and this society�s transformation refers to its technology process, that has caused several damage to the environment in the most important and essential human being�s natural resources like soil, water and air by unbalance and risking that closeness link between the environmental factors and man. Due to, this situation the Europeans countries have been the first ones, in creating an strategy so as to reduce pollution, from trying to decree the different environment problems in order to determine the taxes according the natural resource exploited, as well as developing alternative clean technologies to become stable a financial international system by selling carbon dioxide according to the Kyoto�s protocol.
