Yuum Ba´alam ethnotouristic park located in Maxcanú Yucatán will count with the use of echotecniques wich are tecnologies developed to generate goods and services that satisfy the human needs minimizing the environmental impact. This will be achieved knowing the ecosystem and social processes, to substitute the traditional techniques and thus contribute to a sustainable use for the natural resourses the ethnotourisctic park will count with a gourmet workshop, thus the objective of the present article is implement a saving firewood stove in the Yuum Báalam park.
The design of the stove was realized in base of the LORENA stove white modifications. In the test realized to verify the function of the stove was realized the cooking during 70 minutes of a local typical food, then the stove represent an option as a heat source for preparation of dishes en the gourmet workshop of the park.
