In this work, the authors discuss about the main dimensions on effective work teams: group and task characteristics, team decision making, training, managerial support, team cohesiveness, team norms, interdependence, and communication. In the same way, they identify some effectiveness criteria. Finally, they have built a work team dimensions measure scale that will be useful to know which inputs enhance key process variables, and whether these process variables mediate the influence of inputs variables on the outcomes.
