  • A synthesis of a geological map of the Duero Basin in a 1:500.000 scale is presented in this paper. According of the stratigraphy sequences, the units that constitute the continental filling of the basin were grouped. In order to achieve a better visualization of the spatial relations among the different units that outcrop in the basin, several geological sections and a simplified cronostratigraphy leyend, in which is located the position of the main vertebrate sites, were carried out.
